Thomas Alexander Homes makes key new appointments
Yorkshire-based housebuilder Thomas Alexander Homes has announced the appointments of Hayden Patterson as Site Manager, Elliot Sennett as Quantity Surveyor and Siobhan Wardle as Sales Progressor.
In his new role, Mr Patterson (pictured) will oversee all aspects of quality control, health and safety, planning and scheduling, team management and customer care at Thomas Alexander Homes' new Staveley Walk development in Staveley.
Boasting more than five years' experience in the property sector, Mr Sennett's appointment as Quantity Surveyor will see him take charge of the commercial elements of several of Thomas Alexander Homes' sites, including its Hartley Vale development in Burneston.
New Sales Progressor Siobhan Wardle joins the company having spent the last four years working in the property industry. At Thomas Alexander Homes, she will be responsible for ensuring sales are exchanged and completed in a timely manner by working closely with prospective housebuyers and their solicitors.
