Sevenoaks-based housebuilder Roddy New Homes has announced the appointments of a new Head of Partnerships and a new Project Manager as it continues to pursue its ambitious growth strategy.
Boasting more than 30 years' experience in the property sector, James Nicholson (pictured above) joins Roddy New Homes as its new Head of Partnerships, where he will be responsible for introducing partnership opportunities to the business by working with Local Authorities, registered providers and investors as he seeks to establish the company as the south-east's partner of choice for main contractor works.
James Allton will take up the role of Project Manager at the business' Sutherland Park development in Hythe, Kent, where he will be tasked with leading and overseeing the construction and handover of 86 mixed newbuild properties.
A qualified carpenter and builder, Mr Allton has spent more than 26 years in the property sector, with more than 20 years' experience in managerial roles, where he has garnered a reputation for delivering exceptional properties on time and to the highest standards.
John Roddy, Managing Director at Roddy New Homes, said: "The appointments of James and James is fantastic news for our business. With nearly 60 years' experience in the property industry between them and at a time when high-quality, sustainable housing is in extremely high demand, they will enable us to build on our recent successes, continue to deliver first-class properties to homebuyers and open up even more opportunities for us in the coming months.
"I'm delighted to welcome them both as we look forward to another year of growth and building new communities in fantastic locations on the south and south-east coast."
A family-run business with its directors boasting a combined 50 years' experience in the home building industry, Roddy New Homes is dedicated to building sustainable, high-quality homes using modern, low-carbon construction methods and ensuring lower running costs for residents.
