PAS Secures contract for Eccleston Homes

PAS NW LTD has been awarded significant groundworks, roads and sewers contracts for Eccleston Homes' Centurion Park development in Thornton Cleveleys. This is a major milestone for PAS NW LTD, as it marks the beginning of a new partnership with Eccleston Homes, a leading developer of energy-efficient, high-quality residential homes.

The Centurion Park site, located on Fleetwood Road North in Thornton Cleveleys, will offer modern, energy-efficient homes designed to blend seamlessly with the local environment. The 154-unit development is set to meet the growing demand for sustainable housing in the area, with a focus on enhancing the community’s quality of life.

Fraser Linaker, Managing Director of PAS, is delighted to have secured the contract and at the time of writing, groundworks operations have already started out on site.

"We are incredibly proud to have been selected for such a prestigious project,” he said. “This partnership with Eccleston Homes aligns with our commitment to delivering top-level civil engineering and sustainability for our new client. We look forward to playing a pivotal role in bringing Centurion Park to life, ensuring the highest standards are met across all groundwork and civil engineering aspects of the site."

The works at Centurion Park will involve extensive preparation of the site’s infrastructure, including roads, sewers, and essential groundwork to support the development and ongoing transformation of Thornton Cleveleys. This news comes hot on the heels of three other site wins in the space of two months with PAS securing schemes in Coppull, Wrexham and Barton.
