New training options at award-winning installation school
Zentia, the UK’s market leader of complete ceiling solutions, is excited to announce new updates to its industry-leading installation school continuing its commitment to excellence in ceiling installation training.
Following the prestigious FIS Lifetime Achievement Award received by School Manager Ian Young in September 2024, the Zentia Installation School has introduced new improvements designed to enhance the learning experience for ceiling contractors and industry experts at all levels.
The Zentia Installation School was recognised as the FIS Training Award Winner for 2023, winning the FIS Member Training Programme category. It has also been shortlisted in the same category for the 2024 awards, cementing its reputation as a top-tier training facility for the construction sector. Since its inception in the 1990s, the school has trained thousands of ceiling contractors, distributors, and non-construction professionals.
New Updates for 2024
To best serve the industry’s evolving needs, the school has undergone several exciting updates. All training bays have been updated with the latest product name changes, as well as up to date information on each tile’s performance and use, ensuring trainees are working with the most current materials. Participants also have access to full-size product samples during hands-on training, providing a more immersive experience.
The training environment has also been refreshed with new imagery and freshly painted facilities, enhancing both the aesthetic and functional aspects of the learning space.
Flexible Training Options
Zentia’s Installation School offers flexible course durations, with half-day, one-day, or two-day programmes to meet the needs of distributors, contractors, and other industry professionals. The school includes classroom presentations, practical training in a real ceiling environment, and factory tours of Zentia’s ceiling tile and grid plants.
Additionally, the school offers exclusive Pinnacle Supervisor Training, which allows top fitters to develop transferable skills and train their own teams. Trainees in this programme will also gain early access to Zentia’s latest products and contribute to their development.
With sessions still available for 2024 and throughout 2025, participants have more opportunities than ever to benefit from Zentia’s industry-leading training programmes.
