New consultation for code powers
Ofcom has announced a public consultation regarding the proposal to grant Code Powers to Pulse Fibre. Code Powers will mark a step forward in enhancing our ability to deliver infrastructure faster and more efficiently.
Robert Buckingham, Director of Operations has said “The granting of Code Powers will enable us to better serve developers by expediting site connections and providing greater flexibility with offsite works.
