Keystone scoops health and safety award
Recognised for its exemplary health and standards, Keystone Lintels, leading manufacturer of steel lintels in the UK and Ireland, is delighted to announce it has won the global Gold health and safety award from The Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (RoSPA) .
Keystone Lintels won the coveted Gold-level award in the Health and Safety category, demonstrating its dedication to ensuring a safe and secure workplace for its employees and customers.
Now celebrating its 68th year as the UK’s largest and most impactful health and safety programme, the esteemed RoSPA Award programme receives almost 2,000 entries annually from over 50 countries, impacting over seven million employees. The awards offer a platform to spotlight an unwavering commitment to continuous improvement and excellence in health and safety.
Whether entrants seek non-competitive excellence recognition or vie for competitive awards across 32 industry sectors, the RoSPA Awards provide an unparalleled opportunity to stand among leaders shaping safer, healthier workplaces. As of this year, the RoSPA award entry process can be used as reflective practise to contribute to continuing professional development (CPD).
Commenting on the award, Lewis Ford, Head of SHEQ for Keystone Lintels said: “It is an honour to receive the Gold Award for RoSPA at the first attempt as an organisation. This is the result of the collective effort of the team at Keystone Lintels, who continually evidence the power of a one-team mentality to ensure the safest working practices possible, whilst always seeking to improve. Keystone Lintels continually seek to lead the way in whatever we do, and safe working practices are paramount in this respect. Congratulations everyone!”
Julia Small, RoSPA’s Achievements Director, said: "Workplace accidents don't just pose financial risks and operational disruptions; they significantly impact the quality of life for individuals. This is why acknowledging and rewarding excellent safety performance is vital.
“We congratulate Keystone Lintels for winning a prestigious RoSPA Award and showing an unwavering commitment to keeping employees, clients and customers safe from accidental harm and injury.”
