Keystone Lintels champions mental health awareness week

  •

Keystone Lintels is delighted to support the Mental Health Foundation in celebrating Mental Health Awareness Week (MHAW), taking place from May 12th to 18th. This year’s theme Community aligns closely with the company’s ongoing commitment to building a workplace where every employee feels supported, heard, and connected.

At Keystone Lintels, creating a culture that values both mental and physical wellbeing has led to a stronger, more supported workforce. From Mental Health Awareness training to partnerships with local charities and 24-hour access to counselling, financial and legal advice, the company ensures that resources and support are accessible to all staff across the business.

Derrick McFarland, Managing Director at Keystone Lintels said “We know that good mental health thrives in strong, safe and supportive communities. This week, and every week, the responsibility for developing a culture of wellbeing at work lies with everyone and we can all make a contribution. Whether it’s through our Mental Health First Aiders, our 24/7 Employee Assistance Programme, or simply encouraging open conversations, at Keystone we’re working together to create a culture where wellbeing is natural part of everyday life.”

In addition to formal support structures, Keystone Lintels takes a proactive approach to engaging employees through community-focused initiatives, promoting physical activity, and encouraging them to utilise their skills and time through a range of volunteering and fund-raising efforts.

As Mental Health Awareness Week marks its 25th year by focussing on the importance of community, Keystone Lintels reaffirms its belief that every employee, regardless of role, deserves to feel safe, valued, and connected.
