Keyfix’s market-leading customer support sees it scoop prestigious award

  •

Seeing off strong competition from other industry leaders, Keyfix was delighted to take home the Supplier of the Year award at the Association of Brickwork Contractors (ABC) Awards 2026.

Held at the iconic The Brewery in London on Friday February 27th, the awards evening brought together 330 of the masonry sector’s biggest names and decision-makers to shine a spotlight on the talented individuals and businesses driving innovation in the industry.

Recognising suppliers who consistently go above and beyond in service, partnership and support, the award – voted for exclusively by ABC members – highlighted companies that offered consistent value to individual businesses and the wider membership, dependable performance, strong partnerships and meaningful contribution to the success of the brickwork sector.

As a company focusing heavily on offering clients assurance and significant cost savings, Keyfix has streamlined the supply process by delivering products directly to customers.

Making the company’s innovative and market-leading Non-combustible cavity trays (NCCTs), wall ties and fixings more commercially viable for the masonry industry, it eliminates intermediaries to keep prices competitive and services efficient.

Offering the level of dependable performance the award category looked for, Keyfix works closely with clients to ensure compatibility with specific load requirements. Consequently, its customers and supply chains have the peace of mind of knowing that whatever is being installed has been comprehensively tested through a third party.

The company’s belief in nurturing the future of the industry through supporting apprenticeships was another determining factor in Keyfix scooping the Supplier of the Year award. It regularly hosts toolbox talks, demonstration days, factory tours and CPDs for each educational organisation and college it works with.

Consequently, it’s helping to foster and support the next generation of talented and skilled professionals by ensuring they have everything they need to succeed.

John Duffin, Managing Director at Keyfix, indicated his immense pride at being recognised in such a competitive award category. He said: “With the masonry sector featuring a myriad of innovative and technically proficient organisations and suppliers, it was an honour for Keyfix to have been shortlisted for the Supplier of the Year award for the fourth year in a row.

“To have won the award, amid incredibly strong competition from Siderise, Miers Construction Products, Dorsey and our sister company IG Masonry Support, illustrates the dedication and commitment of the Keyfix team.

“It was a thoroughly enjoyable evening and was inspiring to see so many talented individuals and businesses represented. Congratulations to all the winners and those shortlisted. It bodes incredibly well for the industry’s future.”
