Check out this innovative door protection system
An innovative machine protection door system, that provides enhanced levels of safety, reliability and quality to warehouses and distribution centres, will be part of the Innovation Trail, an exciting new initiative at the biggest-ever IntraLogisteX exhibition.
The Innovation Trail represents the best-of-the-best enterprising products and systems at IntraLogisteX, which takes place at NEC Birmingham in March. It is a true journey of discovery, taking visitors on an exploratory path where they will meet the people and products that are set to revolutionise warehouse and logistics operations.
The new machine protection door system, created by ASSA ABLOY, offers a host of innovative features which facilitate the highest level of operative protection without impacting the production process. These include an integrated safety curtain that covers the full door width and height, and an advanced safety switch that prevents machine hazards with a higher stopping accuracy. The product also features a flat-bottom profile that eliminates protruding edges to reduce serious risk during upward door movement.
Alan Clark at entrance automation specialist ASSA ABLOY said: “We’re honoured that our RP400 machine protection door system has been chosen for the exhibition’s inaugural Innovation Trail. There is no better place to showcase a system we believe to be revolutionary. IntraLogisteX is established as an event focused on the future productivity and profitability of logistics-based practices. The RP400 system meets the show’s criteria, and we can’t wait to show its capability to those embarking on the brilliant Innovation Trail.”
The Innovation Trail not only includes elite warehouse and logistics management solutions within the established IntraLogisteX exhibition, it brings together evolutionary products showcased at the ever-popular Robotics and Automation Exhibition and new to this year, a highly anticipated Sustainable Supply Chain Exhibition.
With three shows under one roof offering hundreds of breakthrough innovations, thought-leading expert presentations and innumerable, invaluable opportunities to engage with representatives from the industry’s most high-profile companies, this is an unmissable event for the logistics and supply chain sector.
Alan Clark at ASSA ABLOY continued: “The Innovation Trail is one of many golden opportunities to engage with groundbreaking technologies at this brilliant event. For industry professionals and businesses based in the logistics and warehouse sector, there is no exhibition like it. This show delivers on its promise to help you stay one step ahead in a competitive global marketplace.”
