Changing the way the trade delivers the complete home
CasaVera is raising the bar for residential construction and interiors with a new West London Experience Centre that brings the entire journey from foundations to furnishings together in one place - while giving contractors, developers and designers the opportunity to improve margins and offer clients a level of choice and customisation rarely available through a traditional supply chain.
More than 300 visitors attended CasaVera’s first Interiors & Construction Exhibition on Saturday 19th September, getting their first opportunity to experience the full breadth of the 8,500 sq ft Experience Centre. The event brought together the worlds of construction and interiors, showing how the journey from building a house to creating a finished home can be delivered as one connected experience.
That is the thinking behind From Foundations to Furnishings – CasaVera’s approach to bringing every stage of the journey together, from the construction and architectural elements of a project through to kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, flooring, lighting, furniture, decoration, smart-home technology, security and cinema systems.
More than 20,000 products and collections are available through the Experience Centre, including products from internationally recognised brands such as TOTO, Siemens, Quooker, VitrA, Geberit, VADO, Jaquar, Control4 and Gira.
Rather than asking contractors, developers and designers to source every element from a different specialist showroom, CasaVera brings the specification process together in one destination.
A Different Commercial Proposition for The Trade
For the construction and residential development sector, however, the proposition goes beyond convenience. CasaVera has been created to give trade customers access to an extensive range of products, bespoke options and finished interiors while creating additional margin opportunities.

For contractors and developers, the model also creates a clear commercial opportunity. By bringing multiple elements of a project together through one supply chain, CasaVera can help reduce sourcing and procurement costs while giving trade customers the potential to improve their margins, depending on the products and scope of the project. This allows them to offer clients a more extensive range of luxury, bespoke and customised interiors while retaining greater commercial value within the project.
That commercial proposition sits alongside the design opportunity, where contractors can offer clients a far greater choice of finishes, furnishings and technology without having to build a supply chain from scratch for every project.
For developers, it creates the potential to differentiate properties through individually specified interiors rather than relying on standardised packages. For architects and interior designers, it provides a physical environment where materials, finishes, products and technologies can be explored together and presented to clients in complete settings.
Breaking the Traditional Supply Chain
Reema Chadha, founder of CasaVera and Anamorphic & Co, said: “We wanted to break the mould of how residential projects are traditionally delivered.
“The construction of a home and the creation of its interior are often treated as two completely separate processes, involving different suppliers, different decisions and different conversations. But for the homeowner, they are all part of the same thing – creating their home.
“Our From Foundations to Furnishings approach brings those worlds together. It means contractors, developers, architects and designers can access construction and interior solutions alongside the furnishings, technology and finishing touches that ultimately transform a building into a home.
“We also believe luxury should not be restricted to a small number of people. Our aim is to make genuinely bespoke and customised interiors more accessible to everyday homeowners, while giving the trade the commercial opportunity to deliver something much more individual for their clients.”
CasaVera's 8,500 sq ft Experience Centre has been designed around complete interior environments rather than rows of individual products. Kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, furniture, flooring, wall finishes, doors and lighting sit alongside smart-home technology, security and cinema systems, allowing visitors to see how different elements work together within a finished space.
The result is a specification environment that reflects the reality of modern residential projects, where technology, furniture, lighting, finishes and decoration increasingly form part of the architectural design rather than being added at the end. The presence of established partner brands also gives professionals access to recognised products alongside more bespoke and customised solutions.
CasaVera's wider ambition is also to challenge the assumption that bespoke interiors are exclusively for the wealthiest homeowners. The Experience Centre has been created to give everyday homeowners access to a much greater level of choice and customisation, allowing them to explore premium products and create interiors around their individual tastes, requirements and budgets. For the trade, this creates another opportunity - to give clients the experience of a high-end, individually designed home while maintaining commercial control over the project.
The ambition is for the Isleworth Experience Centre to develop into a West London hub for the residential construction, development and design community – a place where professionals can bring clients, explore products, develop specifications and experience finished interior environments before decisions are made.
