Airzone unveil high-performance HVAC control systems

  •

Airzone, Europe’s leading manufacturer of HVAC control and integration systems, will provide an exclusive preview of key products at this month’s Smart Buildings Show. The products, the Flexa 4.0 HVAC management system, which offers control and zone-specific regulations for centralised HVAC applications and 'Aidoo', a bridge between IoT devices and HVAC devices, are ideal appliances for the Smart Buildings Show. The event is an industry-leading showcase of smart solutions that make buildings more economical for owners, and more functional for occupiers.

Airzone will demonstrate the wide-ranging benefits of both HVAC control and integration solutions via stand D51 at the Smart Buildings Show on October 9th and 10th at ExCel London. Featuring more than 100 speakers, 90-plus industry exhibitors and more than 2000 innovation-seeking visitors, Smart Buildings Show 2024 is the go-to event to connect with the latest smart building trends and technology, as well as the sector’s leading brands and decision-makers.

Fernando De La Cruz, New Markets EMEA Director said: “We’re excited to be exhibiting at Smart Buildings Show 2024. It’s the ultimate showcase for technology that enables buildings to be managed more efficiently in terms of energy use and cost. This is the case with our Flexa 4.0 and Aidoo systems. Each is designed as an integration tool, offering full HVAC control from the Airzone Cloud mobile app, a smart home system or a building management system (BMS). They are an effective, easy to navigate bridge to energy efficient home comfort.”

Airzone’s control systems enable easy, efficient control of many types of HVAC installations including radiators, air conditioning units, underfloor heating and cooling, and VRF systems. With its simple integration, Airzone is the smart control system for achieving the ideal climate in homes, offices, hotels and a variety of commercial and public premises.

The Flexa 4.0 HVAC management system’s ‘zone’ regulation divides a building’s HVAC system into independent climate zones, adapting seamlessly to the characteristics of each space. The system integrates ducted air conditioning, underfloor heating and cooling, and radiator heating into a single cohesive system. Utilising proprietary algorithms, Flexa 4.0 ensures maximum user comfort while minimising energy consumption.

Aidoo devices offer comprehensive control over a building’s HVAC units including direct expansion units, fan coil units, and air-to-water heat pumps. The Aidoo range’s integration capabilities support major standard protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, API, KNX, Z-Wave, and Zigbee. The range also enables unified, multi-brand, multiprotocol, and multisite management via the Airzone Cloud app, as well as smart home and BMS systems. This enables smart thermostat usage without impacting inverter capabilities.

Fernando De La Cruz said: “We can’t wait to put our HVAC control products in the Smart Buildings Show spotlight. They are a pathway to a more comfortable, economical and sustainable built environment. We look forward to meeting you all.”
